After being forced to close due to the Covi-19 pandemic, indoor health and recreational centres such as indoor climbing facilities were allowed to reopen their doors to the public last weekend.
For many businesses this was a huge sigh of relief, however, these organisations have needed to make some changes to the way they operate to ensure they can operate under Covid-Secure guidelines.
This included one of our newest clients Freeklime, which only opened its dedicated bouldering centre in Huddersfield in October before they were forced to close in April amid the pandemic.
To ensure Freeklime is Covid-Secure, social distancing measures have been implemented which inhibits customers from simply ‘rocking up’ and climbing whenever they want. Instead, all customers, including monthly members, will be required to pre-book their climbing session on Freeklime’s website through a new, customised booking system developed by Vizulate.
Bookable sessions will run for 1 hour and 45 minutes throughout the day with a 15 minute changeover, and sessions limited to a maximum of 40 places to ensure social distancing measures can be adhered to efficiently.
